ToS & GTCGeneral terms of use and sale
1. Purpose and description of the service
Inkkore is a professional (B2B) tool intended for tattoo artists and studios. It provides: a public booking page with a questionnaire, a request pipeline, a private inbox with each client, a calendar, a client file (CRM), and deposit management. Use is restricted to a legal and professional tattooing activity.
2. Account and user obligations
- The artist is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for any content published on their link.
- The artist remains solely responsible for their tattooing service, for obtaining their clients' consent, and for compliance with the applicable hygiene and health rules.
- Inkkore is not a party to the contract concluded between the artist and their end client; the service is a management tool, not an intermediary in the service provided.
3. Deposits — 0 % commission
- Inkkore never touches the money from your tattoos. The deposit and the balance are paid directly to the artist, via their own payment method.
- Inkkore charges no commission on services provided; the business model is the software subscription.
4. Trial, subscription, cancellation
- Free 14-day trial, no credit card. At the end of the trial, the account automatically switches to the Free plan (no charge); the artist keeps their link, their client file, and their data.
- On the Free plan, some features go on pause: flash designs shown on the public page, healing follow-up and public portfolio, and guest spots beyond the main location; electronic consent and the waiver stay available. No data is deleted — this content stays viewable and downloadable from the account, and becomes active again upon subscription.
- Paid plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions, your choice. Current prices are shown on the Pricing page, which prevails. They are set in two separate price lists, in euros (EUR) and in US dollars (USD), with no conversion from one to the other. The applicable list depends on the billing country you provide: the dollar list applies to billing addresses in the United States, the euro list to all other addresses, except countries for which we cannot offer a subscription. The display currency chosen on the site has no effect on the currency billed, and a subscription stays billed in the currency in which it was taken out.
- Any applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax or equivalent) are calculated from your billing address and, where relevant, your VAT number; depending on the currency and the applicable regime, they are either included in the displayed amount or added to it. The total amount to pay, with any taxes, is shown on the payment page before you confirm; nothing is charged before that confirmation.
- Payment is made by card, on a secure payment page operated by our payment provider: your card details never pass through our servers and we do not store them. Your billing address is requested at the first payment, along with your VAT number if you have one.
- The subscription renews automatically at each due date, using the saved payment method, until it is cancelled. The yearly subscription is billed once for twelve months. Each payment comes with an invoice, sent by email and downloadable from Settings → Subscription.
- You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription → “Manage my subscription”, which opens our payment provider’s customer portal: there you view your invoices, update your payment method and billing details, and cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: access stays open until then, after which the account returns to the Free plan, with no data loss.
- Changing plan or number of seats is done in Settings → Subscription (not in the customer portal). It is prorated for the time remaining in the period, in the currency of your subscription.
- If a payment fails, you are notified by email and the payment is retried automatically for a few days; access stays open during these retries. If the payment still does not go through, the subscription ends and the account returns to the Free plan, with no data deleted.
- Prices may change. Any increase affecting an ongoing subscription is announced by email at least 30 days before it takes effect; you can cancel before then. An annual subscription keeps its price until it renews.
- We may suspend or terminate an account in case of non-payment, use contrary to these terms or to the law, circumvention of a plan's limits, or any attack on the security of the service. Except for serious breaches, an email precedes the suspension and leaves time to put things right. Your data stays retrievable for 30 days.
5. Right of withdrawal and refund
- European Union consumers: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you subscribe to a paid subscription, without having to justify yourself, by writing to [email protected].
- If you expressly ask to use the service during this period, the amount corresponding to the period already provided may be retained; the remainder is refunded within 14 days.
- Outside this period, a subscription already begun is not refunded on a pro rata basis, but can still be cancelled for the following period. The free trial and the Free plan involve no payment, and therefore no refund.
6. Availability and limitation of liability
- The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for maximum availability but do not guarantee a complete absence of interruption.
- Within the limits permitted by applicable law, the liability of Levelthree saas-system LLC is limited to the amounts actually paid by the user over the last twelve months; indirect damages are excluded.
- The artist remains responsible for the relationship with their clients and for the content they distribute.
7. Referrals
- Every artist has a referral link. When the referred artist becomes a paying subscriber, both get one free month of subscription: the referred artist on their second month, the referrer on their next invoice. The referrer must themselves be a paying subscriber at the time of the referral. No reward is owed until the referred artist has paid.
- The free month is credited automatically to each billing account and applied to the following invoices. It cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with another promotion on the same invoice.
- Any fraudulent referral — accounts created for oneself, false identities, bulk sign-ups with no real use — voids the corresponding rewards, whether already credited or not, and may lead to suspension of the account.
- We may change or end the referral programme at any time; rewards already earned remain owed.
8. Modification of the terms
We may update these terms. Any substantial change is announced by email or within the application; continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
PrivacyPrivacy policy (GDPR)
Data controller
The data controller is Levelthree saas-system LLC (details above). For any question or to exercise your rights, write to [email protected].
Data processed
- Artist account: name, email, credentials, preferences, language.
- Data of the tattoo artist's end clients (PII entered via the public link or the inbox): first and last name, contact details (email, phone, social media), project description, references, appointments and, when requested, the date of birth.
- Messaging: messages exchanged with a client from your public link, grouped by client in an inbox.
- Deposits: amount and status. The money never passes through Inkkore — the payment is made directly to the artist; we do not store bank details for tattoo payments.
- Inkkore subscription: plan, status, invoices, billing address and, where applicable, VAT number. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider; we neither receive nor store them.
- Technical data: logs, aggregated audience measurement, anti-abuse fingerprints of the trial (hashed).
Purposes and legal bases
- Providing the service to the artist (account, subscription and billing, requests, calendar, deposits, inbox) — performance of the contract.
- Security, prevention of fraud and abuse, aggregated audience measurement — legitimate interest.
- Non-essential cookies and informational emails — consent.
- Retention of tattoo-related consents and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
Processors
To provide the service, we use sub-processors, bound by contract, falling within the following categories:
| Sub-processor category | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Email delivery | Sending transactional emails | USA / EU |
| Network / CDN | DNS, email routing, CDN/edge, network security | USA (global network) |
| Hosting | Hosting of the application and the database | Germany (EU) |
| Self-hosted cookieless analytics | Aggregated, cookieless audience measurement | Germany (EU) |
| AI provider | Feedback assistant: the visitor's inputs in the chatbot are sent to an AI provider to generate the response | USA |
| Payment | Card payment of the subscription, issuing invoices and calculating taxes | USA / EU |
The up-to-date named list of sub-processors is available on request at [email protected].
Cookies and trackers
- Strictly necessary cookies (session, security): essential to operation, no consent required.
- Measurement pixel: a non-essential tracker, subject to your prior consent. The feedback assistant (chatbot) is not a tracker: it writes nothing to your device and sends nothing until you write to it.
- Emails: our messages contain a measurement image and redirected links, which tell us whether a message was opened and whether a link was clicked. No other content is read, and blocking images in your mail app is enough to prevent it.
- You can refuse or withdraw your consent at any time, via the consent banner, your browser settings, or by writing to [email protected].
Your rights (GDPR)
- You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability (article 20), and withdrawal of consent.
- The artist can export their client file and history from the application; you can also exercise any right by writing to [email protected]. We respond within one month.
- Limit to the right to erasure : deleting your account erases your data, with two exceptions. Subscription invoices are kept for the period required by accounting and tax obligations. The hashed anti-abuse fingerprint described below is kept for up to 90 days after deletion: without it, the free trial could be taken again indefinitely by creating a new account. It contains no readable data and is used for no other purpose.
- You can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country (in France, the CNIL).
Retention periods
- Account and activity data: kept as long as the account is active, then deleted or anonymized after closure. Two exceptions : subscription invoices, kept for accounting and tax obligations, and the anti-abuse technical fingerprint described below, which survives account deletion for up to 90 days.
- Subscription invoices and billing data: kept for the period required by accounting and tax obligations, including after the account is closed.
- Tattoo-related consents: archived in the EU for about 5 years (traceability obligation).
- Trial anti-abuse fingerprints: 90 days, including after account deletion. These are hashed and non-reversible (they cannot be used to find or reconstruct an email address), derived from the account identifiers at sign-up. Their only purpose is to prevent the same person from taking the free trial over and over — legal basis: legitimate interest (fraud and abuse prevention). After 90 days they are deleted automatically.
- Unattached reference photos: 7 days.
Transfers outside the EU
The application hosting is located in the European Union (Germany). Certain processors (email delivery, network/CDN, AI provider, messaging platforms, payment) may process data in the United States. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses and equivalent mechanisms).
Security
- Encrypted transport (HTTPS); security headers (CSP, HSTS, anti-clickjacking).
- Consents stored and archived in the EU; access restricted by account and by role; encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
- To report a vulnerability or a security concern, write to [email protected].
