Your link. Your clients.
Your ink.
One link in your bio. Clients describe their project, and every request lands complete in your workspace: quotes, proposed time slots, deposits paid straight to you. You? You tattoo.
How your link works
The coreOne link in your bio. Zero requests lost.
One link in your bio. The client opens it, describes their project — and you get a complete request, ready to quote. The conversation keeps going calmly, all in one place, no more getting lost in your DMs.
You're a tattoo artist, not a switchboard.
Overflowing DMs, endless follow-ups, gaps in your calendar, no-shows. This craft deserves better than an Instagram feed and a notebook.
Inkkore keeps it all in one place: a public link you control, an intake form that gets you the right info, a deposit that lands straight in your account. We never touch the money — 0% commission, your data is yours, hosted in Europe.
Simple enough to use between two sessions.
Your whole studio, one tool.
The toolbox01Your personal link
One link to put wherever your clients already find you — Instagram bio, WhatsApp, business card. They write from that link, and the conversation continues in a private, secure chat: one thread per client, with their request and references in the same place.
02Deposits & history
Every deposit request gets its own reference, with your payment methods. Your client pays you directly; you confirm receipt in one tap, and your deposit history stays in one place.
03CRM & client profiles
Every client has a profile: contact details, past sessions, references, total spent. You find what you agreed on last time in two seconds.
04Flash drops
Your flash displayed on your page, prices and availability in plain view. One-of-a-kind 1/1 or a series.
05Calendar & deposits
Tentative slots until the deposit is paid, confirmed sessions in plain view, iCal export.
06Portfolio & healing
Inkkore schedules check-ins at day 3 / 14 / 30 and reminds you; you send each one in a single tap. The best healed shots feed your public portfolio.
07Waivers & consent
Write your own waiver and consent form (a guided outline to get you started), signed before the session, minor alerts, timestamped archiving — in 11 languages.
08Guest spots
Add each guest spot or convention as a stop, with its dates: your client picks the city in the same form, in their own language, and you mark a stop open or full. Your waitlist keeps each person's city: you know who's waiting in Berlin before you even set your dates.
Each stop has its own time zone: an appointment in Tokyo shows in Tokyo time, for you and for your client.
09Studio & team management
One studio link showing all your artists, artist or manager seats to hand out, splits calculated on their own, and a “who's tattooing right now” view. Each artist keeps their finances private: a manager sees the client flow, never personal figures.
What your client goes through
After their message, your client gets their own page. They follow their request from start to session, without having to chase you for news.
Your documents send themselves
You write each document once. Inkkore sends it at the right moment and tells you whether it was read — no more retyping the same message every week.
Inkkore helps you write each document and tracks whether it was read. The content and its compliance remain your responsibility.
Before Inkkore. After.
Monday night, 10:40 PMYour phone is buzzing again.
Scattered across three apps, lost references, follow-ups by hand. Whole evenings spent sorting — plus the deposit you never dare to ask for.
It all comes through your link.
Every request arrives complete, in one place, ready to quote. When your client accepts your quote, the deposit request goes out on its own.
Three realities. One system.
Sound familiar?Your DMs are overflowing.
Your link asks the questions you used to ask in DMs — placement, budget, references — while you tattoo. You only open the app to quote and offer your time slots.
New York, Lisbon, Seoul.
Every stop on your page with its dates, in the client's language: they pick the city in the same form. You run your whole tour from the road.
There are four of you.
Each artist gets their link, the studio gets the big picture, splits calculated automatically. No more shared spreadsheet that ends up wrong.
New York on Monday, Lisbon next month.
Your guest spots go on your page as stops, with their dates, in the client's language. They show up on your public page — your clients know where to find you, and when.
Each stop has its own time zone: an appointment in Tokyo shows in Tokyo time, for you and for your client.
Your studio in your pocket.

What we hope you'll say
Inkkore is brand new — no long list of studios to quote yet. Here's simply what the tool is built to make possible, from your very first week.
Every request through my link is one thread — I actually reply in time.
The deposit lands straight in my account, no more chasing it.
Splits aren't a spreadsheet nobody trusts anymore.

The real questions from artists
FAQDoes Inkkore take a commission?
Never. 0% on your tattoos. You pay a subscription, that's it. The deposit and the balance go straight to your account — PayPal, bank transfer, Revolut, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, US bank account, whatever suits you. The money never passes through us.
Do my clients stay mine?
Yes. Your client list, your history, your conversations — it's all yours. You can request a full copy at any time, and we never come between you and your clients.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You move automatically to the Free plan: your link stays online, your data stays yours, and you keep 10 requests a month. Solo features pause — flashes on your page, healing follow-up and public portfolio, waitlist, issuing invoices, preparation and aftercare documents, guest spots, and a single payment method shown. Electronic consent and the waiver stay: they're a studio's legal minimum. Nothing is deleted: everything comes back exactly as it was if you go Solo. You do that when you need it, not before.
When can I cancel?
Whenever you want — it's a monthly subscription, no commitment. Your account goes back to Free and your link stays live.
Do my clients need to create an account?
Never. They open your link, describe their project, that's it. No account, no app — and in their own language.
Does it work for guest spots?
Yes: add each residency as a stop, with its dates. Your client picks the city in your form, in their own language, and you mark the stop open or full. Perfect for New York on Monday, Lisbon the next month.
And if I work in a studio?
The Studio plan handles multiple artists, roles, automatic splits, and a real-time "who's tattooing right now" view. Everyone keeps their own link.
Do I have to install an app?
No. Inkkore runs in the browser — iPhone, Android, iPad, computer. Nothing to install, nothing to update.
Who writes the waiver?
You. Inkkore gives you the tool — drafting, sending, online signature, timestamped archiving — and a guided outline so you're not starting from a blank page, but the content and its legal compliance (health, minors, GDPR, your jurisdiction) stay your responsibility. When in doubt, have it checked by a legal professional.
